Processing of personal data.

We use data about you primarily to fulfill the agreements you sign with us and, secondarily, to make our service better and ensure the quality of our products and services, as well as in our contact with you.

Personal information: For example, information you enter at registration for the newsletter, sign up for events, job application or contact to Customer. This information may include name, address, email, phone number and information about the participation in events etc..

Information on the use of the website: information about which pages you visit on the site and your IP address, is collected in log files and in google analytics, yandex, facebook pixel. The information is used to improve your experience of our website and for technical troubleshooting. Information is deleted continuously when no longer serving the original purpose or lose their relevance.
Execution of loyalty program and direct marketing.

If you are a customer of the Company, if you participate in a loyalty program or express your willingness to receive direct marketing materials, the personal information you voluntarily provide, including your email address and telephone number, will be used to contact you through social networks, media channels and more. Your personal data will be processed for direct marketing purposes for 5 years from the date of consent or the end of the company's relationship with you.

Administration of complaints, inquiries or feedback.

If you submit a complaint, inquiry or feedback to our company by e-mail or otherwise, the personal data you voluntarily provide will be processed for the purpose of administering this complaint, inquiry or feedback.

If your complaint relates to a potential dispute, potential damage, etc., your personal data may be stored for a maximum period of 10 years. If personal data are not involved in a potential dispute, they will be destroyed within a shorter period.

The basis for the processing of your personal data is the expression of your free will to communicate by e-mail and to provide certain data in it, i. consent. In addition, the processing of data may also be based on the performance of a contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations.

Your e-mail address, correspondence content and related data will be processed in accordance with the principle of proportionality. This data will primarily be visible to the person you are communicating with directly via email. However, in certain cases, your correspondence may be read by other employees, for example, for internal administration, investigation of possible violations of legislation or internal rules, for employee replacement and related purposes, and in similar situations.

Conclusion of contracts with natural persons.

We will protect personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and executing contracts with natural persons for 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship.

We will process your personal data on the basis of the performance of the contract to which you are a party, as well as to take action at your request before concluding the contract.

We may ask for your consent to perform certain individual actions, and we may be required to comply with legal obligations, such as those set forth in tax laws.
