Exrol brand Next is an oily liquid containing various additives. It is used as a spotting fluid (a fluid specifically designed to release drill strings from differential sticking).
Exrol brand Next is a ready-to-use spotting blend, specially developed for rapid mixing, making it ideal for emergency situations involving stuck pipe.
The recommended spotting "pill" formulation consists of crude oil blended with Exrol brand Next. The concentration of Exrol brand Next in the crude oil should be 3% to 5% by volume.
